About the event

The City of Irving's Think Green, Be Green team presents this class.

Class Description from City of Irving website:

Insects make up more than half of all living things on earth with species more numerous than we know. Yet how often do we notice them?  Some are hidden and some are hiding in plain sight blending in with flowers, leaves, bark, and soil, concealing their colors, or mimicking one another. And some are just very, very small.  Hone your observational skills and learn about insect identification, habits, mimicry, and benefits with this fun pictorial walk through Metroplex wildflower gardens with Texas Master Naturalist and insect enthusiast Laura Kimberly.
